What does Yoga Teacher mean?
A yoga
teacher is an individual trained to accurately teach the positions used in yoga
exercise. Their role can also extend beyond the physical situation of yoga as
they may take a holistic method that incorporates the mental, emotional and
spiritual elements of the discipline into their teaching.
A yoga teacher's specific attitude to
instruction is partly the result of their training and the type of yoga they
practice. A traditional yoga teacher will not have the same teaching style as
someone who is teaching fresher fitness styles like Power yoga. Some yoga
teachers take a gentle, spiritual approach to teaching, while others highlight

classes.

Perform
and demonstrate all yoga exercises to participants and ensure compliance to safety
and health standard.

Assist
participants to perform all exercises effectively.
6.
Evaluate
exercises perform by participants and recommend correction whenever required.
7.
Maintain
neat and clean exercise room at all times.
8.
Coordinate
with participants and counsel on lifestyle and diet issues to ensure healthy
body and mind.
9.
Analyze
each participant requirement and develop exercises to suit every individual.
10. Design safe and comprehensive yoga
programs for various participants from diverse group.
11. Prepare groups for classes and
demonstrate exercises.
12. Inform participants in various forms of
yoga and its effect on body and mind.
13. Monitor participant performance and
recommend different form of yoga if required.
14. Ensure appropriate ambience for
participants to perform yoga exercises.
