What is the AC?

A/C Problems & solution

1.      Central AC Not Working At All
·         Be sure it is receiving power at the electrical panel.
·         Reset the equipment’s switches and/or overloads.
·         Check the thermostat settings.
·         Check the condensate overflow switch
·         Check the capacitor and contactor in the compressor.

2.      AC Not Cooling but Running
·         Turn off the power.
·         Clean or change the filter.
·         Look to see if ice has formed on the coils and, if it has, turn on the power and the fan to melt it.
·         Clean the condensate drain.
